Printing Your St. Patrick’s Day Memory Game

Print off your free St. Patrick’s Day Memory Game by clicking here – St. Patrick’s Memory Game or on the image below. You can print in color or black and white.

For this printable, you will print the first page alone and then print the rest double sided. This way the cards will have the clover pattern on one side and a picture on the other. Once they are printed, cut each card apart ( parents may need to help with this!).

While you can print the card on normal paper, printing on cardstock  will make the cards last longer. Don’t have a printer? You can download the pdf onto a memory stick and take it into Staples or your library to print. Easy peasy!

Playing a Memory Game

How to Play Your St. Patrick’s Day Memory Game

Once your cards are cut out, place them picture side down and mix them around. Organize them into rows and columns. Then turn over one card and then turn over a second to see if it is a match. If it is, remove the two cards and keep going. If not, turn them both back over but remember what they were. Then when you find another one, you’ll know which card to flip to find a match! Keep going until all your cards are matched then mix them up and start again.

Matching games are a great way to keep kids busy and since it doesn’t require reading, even young children can play. It’s a great game for the whole family! Looking for more St. Patricks Day Fun? Check out this St. Patrick’s Day Word Search.
